Easily the slowest app I've ever used. Click a button wait an eternity. Even on a brand new s22 ultra.
Great except for lagging.
I get to watch the tournaments on my schedule...plain and simple.
Very slow to open. Plays on my phone but sometimes the live play won't cast to tv. It will just show "The stream is about to start" with a still picture on the tv...even while live play is happening on my phone screen.
Money deducted but no subscription. Paid through Google Pay. Seems like a recurring problem which GolfTV are not bothering to solve.
Too many ads and breakdowns for a paid subscription. Really hope the tour intervenes ... 2021: the upgrades haven't helped, extreme glitches, bad payment processing between platforms but worst of all is the lack of options, the players championship was meant to have every shot but with golftv you only got the featured groups. Its a poor platform and hopefully the tour intervenes and gives international fans a better platform. Update March: its as if their contact center is ran by robots... Update 2022: same problems persist, streams die or don't even start. poor customer service. tried to watch WGC match play but it never loaded. worst golf broadcaster on the planet
I love the golf coverage but since the last update I can't cast the Main Broadcast to my tv, it plays on my phone but when I cast it, it says stream will start soon even though it's playing on my phone. The featured holes and groups work though.
I don't mind paying to watch the golf but this app is horrible! Slow and slower. It took a while to load the live broadcast on my phone and now it is 17 mins and counting since I casted it to my Chromecast and all I see on my TV screen is "This stream is about to start". I have now missed a hole. The PGA needs to fire these guys and find a new partner. Here comes the robotic "Thanks for your feedback" response...
I love golf - but this app makes it difficult and expensive
Screen comes up that stream is about to start and it never does. Featured group and featured hole works but trying to go live is always a problem. While streaming not live the app will kick out and you lose where you were every time.
